There are a number of things that affect magnesium uptake
- Dry matter intake (can be affected by a number of things)
- Potassium(too high)
- Sodium (too little)
- Ammonia or nitrogen high
- Not enough fibre
- CLA fats in spring grass can affect magnesium uptake
